SAP Specialist SD / MM
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Europe and US to understand and document ‘sales and distribution’ and ‘material management’ requirements;
- Support, develop, and optimize SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems;
- Work with developers to deliver custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows;
- Actively participate in end-to-end testing and go-live activities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Staying updated with the latest SAP SD practices, enhancements, and updates;
- Provide support for production SAP solutions;
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP SD/MM module;
- Providing training and assistance to SAP users within the organization;
- Recommending system improvements and optimizations based on user feedback and analysis;
- Participating in SAP upgrade projects and system audits to ensure data integrity.
