1. Provide SAP FI support for Serrala solutions (Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management) in both project (see point 2) and support activities:
- Support activities: Evaluate new requirements from live countries
- Customizing of new requirements
- Testing and deployment in production environment
- Work in product team setup with Service Owner and Product Owner and closely collaborate with designated Serrala support analyst
- Customizing
- Data Migration
- Testing incl. data validation and relevant testing scenarios) and preparation of cutover activities
- Creation of training material for FIN-FSCM-CR processes and Serrala solutions
- Go-live support
- Hypercare
