- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience;
- English will be your daily working language.

The role we are hiring for is an SAP Change & Release Manager to be involved in Fiskars project.

As an SAP Change & Release Manager you have an overall responsibility in managing, planning and scheduling SAP releases. You ensure together with key internal and external stakeholders a seamless implementation of changes and system releases through strong demand management, release planning, change coordination, system and user acceptance testing, release and deployment management in order to ensure that a solution is robust and capable of being released into the production without causing a disruption to the service.

You own and manage SAP change & release management process and related process development together with key stakeholders. Essential part of your role is also to develop SAP testing practices and co-ordinate tests, releases and deployments across multiple teams.

To be successful in this role you are experienced SAP Change & Release Manager having worked in complex SAP environments. You have a passion for continuous process development and proven practical experience in process execution. This role requires also extensive experience in test strategies, methodologies, quality metrics, test automation and integrations to release management. You have excellent coordination skills as you work closely with the development and operations teams to deliver accurate and efficient deployments and identifies areas where automation would help streamline process.

The responsibilities will include:
- Responsible and accountable for the complete SAP change & release management process;
- Chair and manage SAP Change Advisory Board (CAB) structure, including weekly meetings, emergency SAP CAB meetings, weekly status reporting, facilitate communication between AMS & development teams and change owners and act as a first point of escalation for all parties;
- Execute and enhance SAP Change and Release Management processes together with key stakeholders ensuring that there is no disruption or degradation of service during the lifecycle of the change;
- Create, publish and maintain the SAP release calendar together with Fiskars Change & Release manager and ensure alignment with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Communicate release details and schedules to the business and IT teams as required;
- Interact and communicate with Project and Test Managers, deployment leaders, IT Operations and PMO on a need basis to manage the overall release process;
- Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations;
- Conduct release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business Go/No-Go reviews;
- Continually work towards improving the release process;
- Responsible to evaluate/propose and deploy the necessary SAP related IT tools and changes to system landscape (e.g. test system refresh) required to manage the overall release process;
- Actively work with project go live activities in reviewing the cutover plan and release checklist;
- Work with various stake holders and understand the impact of changes/project conflicts;
- Define and develop SAP test practices & roadmap for continuous development (test strategies, methodologies, approach to functional and non-functional test automation, regression, adaption to automation.

Contract will be for a 2-year period of time, since the position is a maternity cover.
