Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in BI tools (SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAC, Power BI, or Tableau);
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and query design;
- User Management: Familiarity with authorization concepts and administration;
- Analytical Thinking: Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills;
- Soft Skills: Customer-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Pluses: Basic ABAP knowledge or experience with ticketing tools.
Descrierea jobului
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP BW, Power BI, and Tableau platforms;
- Manage, triage, and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely communication with 3rd level teams;
- Monitor SAP BW systems and front-end applications daily to ensure performance and security;
- Document issue resolutions and contribute to continuous process improvement;
- Participate in development tasks within SAP implementation projects.
