Candidatul Ideal
- A degree in informatics, business informatics or a comparable education
- Several years of experience as SAP Basis Administrator in an international company, ideally in the SAP RISE environment
- Skills in authorisation management is a plus
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working and a proactive approach
- Great interest in learning new (SAP) technologies and the willingness to pass on your knowledge to others
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Fluent English language skills, German language skills is a plus
- Flexibility and approx. 5-10 % readiness to travel
Descrierea jobului
Responsible for the technical operations of SAP systems (RISE and Cloud), ensuring smooth functioning, performance and security. This includes:
- Installing new SAP and SAP Addon systems and configuring them according to company requirements
- Planning and executing system upgrades, system copies, release changes and applying patches and performing other maintenance tasks for SAP Private Cloud Systems and SAP Addon Systems
- Maintain best practice activation and their updates
- Optimizing the performance of SAP systems by identifying and addressing bottlenecks
- Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect SAP systems and data from unauthorized access
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to SAP system configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Managing user access and controlling their authorizations
- Working close with other IT teams and providers, especially with SAP to handle and clarify service requests
- Taking the technical team member role in SAP projects.
