1. Customer Communication & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer and agent inquiries.
- Provide prompt, clear communication and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Update customers and Sales Managers on shipment changes and provide tracking details on all shipments going out.
- Assist in quotation preparation with the vision to be taken over in full.
- Following onboarding, Prepare and manage all customer quotations
- Validate and distribute quotations
- Ensure all documentations are correct and in place before production starts.
- Track and follow up on overdue payments.
- Provide customers / sales managers with full overviews of POs, invoices, and quotations as needed and requested.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers on proposals, pricing and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements to internal processes and documentation systems.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Takes initiative and adapts well to change
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Technical background is a plus
