Profile Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spoken
- Previous experience in outbound sales, sales support, customer retention or inside sales roles
- Confidence and comfort with outbound calling
- Availability to work from home, full-time, Monday-Friday, 11:00 - 19:30
- Ability to follow structured scripts, workflows and processes
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a strong advantage)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- High attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in B2B, subscription-based services or post-sales environments is a plus
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language would be considered a plus

- Proactively contact existing UK customers via outbound calls as part of retention and product migration campaigns
- Engage customers in structured outbound conversations to support product changes and service continuity
- Prepare, manage and follow up on customer order forms, ensuring accuracy and timely signatures
- Process customer orders end-to-end, following defined commercial workflows
- Update and maintain customer, order and activity data in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Support service and licence activation using dedicated platforms
- Understand basic product and licence levels to ensure correct activation
- Handle customer responses and follow-ups resulting from outbound campaigns (calls and emails)
- Maintain accurate customer account information across systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational or account-related topics
- Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive) for communication, documentation and reporting
- Follow detailed processes, scripts and compliance requirements
- Manage multiple tools simultaneously with high attention to detail
