As Sales Support Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our merchant partners throughout their journey with Wolt. You will be the bridge between our operations team and our partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, top-quality service, and continuous development opportunities.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Reviewing merchant documentation in accordance with KYC/KYB requirements and internal policies.
- Verifying and validating company information in the system as part of KYC/KYB processes.
- Contacting merchants to collect required documentation, request missing information, and clarify discrepancies.
- Supporting the commercial team in the smooth execution of ongoing projects.
- Organizing, updating, and maintaining accurate data in internal systems.
- Scheduling meetings and managing the commercial team’s calendar.
- Creating and preparing contracts and related documentation for the commercial team.
