Key Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing market analysis of local renewable energy (PV) trends, pricing, and competitors.
Prepare and manage product database (technical specifications, pricing, availability).
Monitor and update pricing across B2B and B2C sales channels.
Collect and negotiate commercial offers from business clients.
Identify and develop new B2B and B2C sales channels in Romanian markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct phone calls to installation companies and other market players in Romanian to initiate business cooperation.
Support the product lifecycle in collaboration with product management and logistics teams.
Generate leads and proactively seek new clients in target markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support local sales campaigns.
Assist with sales documentation, quotations, and client communications.
Requirements
Fluency in Romanian (required)
Good command of English (required)
Experience in selling PV panels, energy storage, or inverters is a plus
Knowledge of the local OZE market (Romanian) is a plus, but not required
Analytical skills, attention to detail, independence, and proactivity
Ability to work independently and within a remote team
Experience with CRM systems and online sales tools is a plus
