Sales Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred);
• Proven experience in sales or business development, especially within the food delivery industry;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong relationship-building abilities;
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
• You possess a valid driver’s license (B category);
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) would be a plus;

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients;
• Understand client’s needs, preferences, and goals to provide solutions;
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns;

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the food delivery industry;
• Assess market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities;

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients;
• Present and promote relevant offerings to clients to maximize their value;

• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth;
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients;

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences;
• Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement;
