- To make market research to identify potential clients and maintain an updated database of current and prospective clients ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀(calls/chat/emails).
- To provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses to client concerns.
- To collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and to address any challenges that may arise.
- To maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software or other relevant tools.
- To assess continuously customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
