Notino Partner is intuitive digital solution designed to streamline the operations of salons and beauty studios. Our platform offers a comprehensive reservation system, enabling businesses to efficiently manage bookings, client databases, and schedules. With over 6,000 salons already benefitting from our services, we are committed to enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency for our partners.
What awaits you?
Frequent trips to Timisoara, Romania and surrounding area (possibly) - where you will personally meet with partners and bring them our solutions.
Personal meetings where you will present our system to partners, explain everything and offer technical support where needed.
The main part of your work will be communication with partners, so you will use your presentation and argumentation skills as well as your ability to empathize in order to get your partner on your side.
If necessary, you will be helped by colleagues who you can rely on to organize meetings and other tasks.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is prompt, who is not afraid to communicate and who has a goal in acquiring new clients.
A person who can tune in to the needs of partners and is not afraid of personal contact and communication - your task will be to strengthen trust and build relationships.
A technically proficient colleague who can easily navigate the simple system and support partners even when working with a tablet or computer.
A responsible organizer who knows how to plan his working time effectively and everyone can rely on him.
Proven sales experience (B2B, direct sales, cold calling/hunting, key account management)
Driver license - you will be on field most of the time

Fondată în 2004, Notino s-a stabilit rapid ca un magazin online de încredere pentru frumusețe pentru produse cosmetice, parfumuri și produse de îngrijire personală. În puțin peste un deceniu Notino s-a extins rapid, iar forța de muncă a crescut, fiecare dintre numeroșii săi clienți din întreaga lume primind atenție individuală.
În prezent, ne aflăm în 27 de țări, ne lăudăm cu peste 55 000 de produse unice din 1 500 de branduri globale sau locale și lucrăm constant să ne extindem și mai departe pentru a oferi clienților oferte noi și mai bune în fiecare zi.
Creșterea și extinderea Notino au fost redirecționate, astăzi, nu mai suntem doar un magazin online (notino.ro) ci ne-am extins treptat și în rețeaua de magazine fizice de vânzare oferind clienților noștri o experiență personală de neuitat. Nu ne este frică să fim ambițioși în ceea ce privește obiectivele noastre și tocmai de aceea intrăm în unele piețe noi din Europa în acest an și deschidem mai multe magazine noi (cărămidă și mortar), unul dintre acestea urmând să fie în București.
Compania a fost inclusă de prestigioasa firmă de contabilitate Deloitte în programul „Deloitte Technology Fast 50 în Europe Central”, care evidențiază cele 50 de companii de tehnologie cu cea mai rapidă creștere, atât publice cât și private. Notino a primit această recunoaștere în 2013 și 2014, precum și a fost nominalizat în categoria „Big 5” din Fast 50 Technology Deloitte.
