At Atain, we are looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our team and support the growth of a leading platform within the travel industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through outbound sales activities, acquiring new property listings, reactivating inactive partners, supporting contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional listings and services to existing partners.
You will work closely with travel agencies and property owners, helping them understand the value of the platform and how increased visibility and optimized listings can contribute to their bookings and revenue.

What you'll do:
What we're looking for:
- Conduct outbound sales activities and proactively engage with potential and existing partners.
- Acquire new property listings for the platform.
- Reactivate inactive or dormant partners.
- Support contract renewals and strengthen long-term partner relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional listings and services.
- Understand partner needs and communicate the value of the platform effectively.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
- Work towards clearly defined monthly sales targets and KPIs.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales.
- Previous experience in a call center/BPO sales environment is highly valued.
- German at C1 level or above.
- English at B2 level or above.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- A proactive and commercially driven mindset.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
