Overview:
The position is part of the Sales Support Department. This role mainly involves the preparation of reports based on the company's reporting systems, as well as the administration and development of the existing sales analysis tools.
Description:
Jr SS collaborates with the management of the sales department to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information, prepares the necessary reports for the development and optimization of the commercial activity, helping and support for monitoring and reporting sales, customers, channels, product type.
Key responsibilities:
· Preparation of regular reports – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, as well as specific reports required by the sales team
· Administration of the customer / price database.
· Management of ongoing contracts, managing and updating the information according to the achievement, with the reporting of +/- deviations to the management in sales and field.
Qualifications - Internal
The Ideal Candidate
1. Experience min. 2 years in a sales support department, with proven competencies in a similar role, preferably in an international organization
2. Upper medium Excel skills
3. English min. intermediate level;
4. Proactive approach to work
5. Communication, planning & organization skills
6. Attention to details
7. Team player
Offer
Full-time, permanent assignment including a 3-month trial.
Selection process includes the following:
· On site interview with HM and Excel test
Additional info:
Job location: Bucharest, Industriilor/ Pantelimon area. Public transportation available.
Working program: 8h/ day, M to F 8.30 – 17.00
Workplace Persona:Hybrid, 3 days office
