Sales & Marketing Specialist

What we expect of you?

• University degree in in Marketing / Economics / Business Administration or similar through experience;
• Minimum 2 years in B2B or B2C international environment in Sales, Logistic or Marketing related position.
• Languages: very good knowledge of English and Romanian language,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• SAP and CRM system knowledge is a strong advantage
• Web and social media marketing will be highly appreciated
• Basic business financial knowledge will be highly appreciated
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external audience
• Committed team player with a drive for success and “can do” attitude
• Strong customer focus, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyalty
• Well organized and able to adjust rapidly to changes
• Experience in working in multinational environment will be an advantage.

The Role

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist you will be collaborate with many stakeholders and you will be responsible of following:

• Providing practical support on a daily basis to Sales Engineers team, ensuring that they are all equipped with the necessary data, reports and specialized quotation support to sustain an efficient generation of sales leads.
• Communicating with the Regional Credit Controller on a regular basis to verify potential customers regarding their financial capacity according with the company credit policy.
• Cooperating upon demand with the Technical Support to clarify the technical aspects of the proposals.
• Cooperation with Regional Marketing & Communication Manager and Marketing and Cloud for Customer Lead Specialist for harmonizing sales campaigns.
• Cooperation with Regional Business Controller, Logistic Manager and Regional General Manager.
• This is a maternity cover for 1,5 years.
