Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and develop strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
