Digital Valley, part of IPP Group, is a technology company that provides an AI-driven SaaS platform used by organizations operating distributed field teams and multiple locations, including retail, HoReCa, pharmacy, telecom, DIY, services, and other multi-site networks.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager-SaaS Platform to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base across industries that rely on in-field and in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and lead the sales team
- Identify and engage potential clients (brands, retailers, distributors, service providers, multi-location networks)
- Lead product demos and commercial presentations for prospects
- Understand client operational challenges and map our solution to their needs
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate closely with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Attend industry events and generate new leads
- Gather market feedback to support product and go-to-market strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Retail Tech, Field Sales / Field Operations, CX or Ops platforms, or similar)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Romanian)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is a plus
- Strong interest in technology and automation that improves field execution
