We are now looking for a Sales Manager to be based in our new office in Bucharest. As our Sales Manager, you'll be the key player in expanding our presence in Romanian market. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with future clients and professionals in the implant industry, will be ensuring proper customer service in the scope of performing the tasks of create, maintain and expand the sales channel across the whole offering / potential customer base.

What you will need - Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role - DENTAL IMPLANT
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales processes, specifically in dental products, or related medical sector.
  • Strong existing network within medical sector, with a track record of successful sales.
  • Ability to manage the sales focus from lead generation to the end of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills.
  • A wide degree of creativity and professional attitude is expected.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.
  • Ability to organize own work, computer skills, communication skills, ease of making contacts, fluent knowledge.

  • Manage sales operations of DENTAL IMPLANTS and sales team and responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, sales, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations and Sales Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Meet or exceed Sales and operations labor budget expectations.
  • Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carryout supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
  • Monitoring & review the customer wise and share with salespersons of DENTAL IMPLANT; Pipeline Customer details collected by salespersons follow up with branch sales in charge; Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with local director;
  • Monthly basis stock report requirement details sent to Top management as per salesperson request. Work closely with the inventory manager to perform analysis of our inventory and forecast requirements, ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right quantities, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce expenses and loss.
