Sales Manager – Fit-Out Solutions

• Minimum 2 years experience in fit-out, construction, interior design, or related sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Driving license and willingness to travel
• Good English skills

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, office, and retail fit-out
• Manage client portfolios and maintain strong long-term relationships
• Understand client needs and propose tailored fit-out solutions
• Prepare and present offers, support contract negotiations, and close deals
• Coordinate internally with design, technical, and project teams
• Track market trends and competitor activity
