We're looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Sales Manager to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive growth and success of our battery energy storage solutions that contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable energy future. You'll identify new business opportunities in energy storage, manage key projects, and interact daily with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, energy systems, or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the energy market, technical sales, or similar roles
• Strong technical knowledge of battery technologies, and energy storage systems
• Advanced English language skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record in B2B technical sales
• Availability for business travel

We are looking for a Sales Support professional with technical experience in Energy Storage Systems (ESS) field to assist our sales team in preparing offers and managing projects.
• Technical studies in electrical, energy, or automation fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (sales support, technical-commercial, tendering)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of electrical equipment and technical solutions
• Advanced English language skills
• Experience with MS Office and CRM software

Key Responsibilities Sales Manager
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for our energy storage solutions
• Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement strategic business plans and sales strategies
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and commercial documentation for energy storage projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, and partners
• Organize meetings and documentation required for project development under the coordination of the Sales Director
• Represent Prime Batteries Technology at industry events, trade fairs, and technical conferences
• Provide technical expertise to customers on battery energy storage applications and solutions.

Responsibilities Sales Support:
• Providing technical support to the sales team and customers
• Preparing commercial and technical documentation for offers
• Organizing and updating databases with relevant product and customer information
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of sales strategies
• Participating in meetings and business events to support the commercial team
