We are looking for an experienced Key Account Sales Manager to strengthen the company's relationships with key clients. In this role, you will maximize revenue and profit within your assigned region by understanding customer needs and building long-term strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate is results-driven and able to quickly establish rapport with strategic clients. You should be able to identify client needs, promote company products, and achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and product support of commercial and industrial energy storage systems, familiar with CAI intelligent control energy storage products and C&I application scenarios (e.g., peak shaving, demand control, backup power).
- Solid understanding of energy storage products, capable of independently delivering technical solution presentations and handling business negotiations, assisting customers with ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, detail-oriented, and able to accurately manage project documents and customer information.
- Fluent in English (working proficiency).
- Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, and an excellent team player.

- Manage daily sales activities, including contract negotiation, customer relationship maintenance, and document management.
- Track competitor dynamics, analyze market prices and strategies, and optimize sales plans.
