Sales Manager - ADAPT MEDICAL

Operating 10 showrooms across Bulgaria, we specialize in supplying home care respiratory equipment, rehabilitation equipment, and products for individuals with disabilities. With a team of 70 professionals, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services. Now, we are excited to expand our successful model to the Romanian market.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing retail chains specializing in medical equipment, with a proven track record of success in selling respiratory medical equipment, rehabilitation equipment, and products for individuals with disabilities. They should be adept at building and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, leading sales teams, managing day-to-day store operations, managing communication with the company HQ in Bulgaria, and overseeing office activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of medical equipment and the healthcare industry.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales plans accordingly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and meet sales targets.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional strategies and marketing materials.
Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal customer experience.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage communication with the company HQ in Bulgaria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee office activities to promote efficiency and productivity.
