The role is on-site from the HQ in Floreasca area, District 1.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00.
Responsibilities:
Assist in executing the company’s sales strategies to achieve revenue and performance targets.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential customers and opportunities.
Process invoices, check calculations on billing statements, and ensure accurate payment procedures.
Provide customers with timely and relevant product and service information.
Assist in promotional campaigns and sales events.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to enhance customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Basic understanding of sales processes, billing, and payment procedures.
Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
SD module knowledge in SAP
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
