Your profile and qualifications:
- University degree in process technology, mechanical engineering or similar field
- Hard worker, willing to practice, learn and develop;
- Similar experience in sales industrial processing equipment;
- Previous activity inside of an international company – is a plus;
- Self-organized, accurate and time effective;
- Complete availability for extensive travelling in Romania and occasionally abroad;
- Long term commitment;
- Client and target oriented attitude;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Team player and social spirit;
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian, fluent in English language and computer skills;
- Clean Driving License (category B);

Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Coordinate and drive the country’s sales activities, build sustainable business relationships with customers and corporate within the sales and service team activities and prioritize initiatives.
- Establish local contacts with SFT/RO customers, manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies.
- Archive Order Intake & Sales & Gross Margin (Budget fulfillment)
- Achieve Sales Growth and expand market reach and coverage.
- Execute Sales of projects and products
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, local institutions, decision makers and other stakeholders.
- Execute a determined go-to market strategy, in line with defined sales channels according to country requirements and resource availability.
- Manage customer relationships and facilitate key account management.
- Ensure coordination between product development and sales and project execution, determine Order Intake, Sales and Gross Margin.
- Execute properly the whole sales process, from defining the scope to technical detailing and solutions as well as product pricing.
- Negotiation of commercial and legal conditions
- Support product development projects and contribute to define priorities with the Business Unit
- Ensure compliance and approval processes following the GEA policies and guidelines as well as procurement and supply chain, QHSE and Business Excellence.
- Ensure accuracy and timely update of the CRM System (Leads, Opportunities, Appointments, activities etc.)
- Support the Service Sales
