As an SDR at SD Worx Romania, you will play a key role in building and consolidating our market presence and driving pipeline growth. You will be the first voice prospects hear, the engine behind our sales team, and the eyes and ears of the Romanian HCM market. You'll play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships across multiple levels of target customers. You understand the impact you create on the company's bottom line by contributing to one of the most vital roles in the organization. Daily activities include collaboration with the broader sales team, market research, lead generation, and qualifications.

What You'll Do:

•Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the Romanian market through outbound efforts.
•Execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
•Educate and develop leads through calls, emails, events, and campaigns.
•Foster relationships with multiple contacts within target customer segments.
•Generate email sequences and conduct cold calls with consistent follow-up.
•Support marketing activities and collaborate on lead handoff to BDM team.
•Monitor market trigger events such as company growth or leadership changes.
•Provide market intelligence feedback to the sales team.
•Build brand awareness and trust with potential customers.
•Position SD Worx as the go-to HCM partner in Romania.
•Achieve weekly and monthly KPI targets.
