YOUR MISSION
You will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and supporting our Sales Executives. Your primary focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.
THE JOURNEY
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Qualify leads from scrapping pipelines as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and WhatApp Business
- Present our company to potential clients, identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
- Report to the Sales Manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly results.
- Support pipeline growth by participating in strategic lead generation events and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Track record of achieving sales quotas (eg daily calls).
- Experience with CRM software (eg, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with Google Suite and/or MS Office, Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and the native language

Glovo is an on-demand delivery app that allows users to order, send, and receive anything. The app's most popular service is food delivery, which allows users to find and place orders from their favorite restaurants, then have them picked up and delivered to their door by Glovo couriers.
In addition to the food category, the application also includes other categories such as shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, drinks, with which users can choose according to their wishes and needs. In addition, the application also offers the “anything” button through which users can order anything they want, provided that it does not exceed 9 kg and fits within the dimensions of the delivery person's bag, but also the “express courier” category that allows the delivery of envelopes, packages, documents, the recovery of objects forgotten at home, at the office or at friends' (glasses, keys, bags, etc.), in less than an hour.
Originally, Glovo is a Spanish start-up that was founded by Oscar Pierre and Sacha Michaud in 2015 in Barcelona. Globally, the application has over 1 million users and 5600 partners and is active in more than 20 countries around the world, with new cities to follow in the coming period.
In Romania, Glovo launched in May 2018 and was a great success, delivering over 3.8 million orders in its first 18 months of operation, most of which were placed for restaurants, supermarkets and courier services.
