Sales / Business Development Specialist (Medical Education)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in cold sales, telesales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in B2B or services).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-oriented personality - enjoys building trust and connections.
• Persistence and resilience - comfortable with rejections and follow-ups.
• Excellent Romanian and good English (Ukrainian or Russian is a plus but not required).
• Interest in the medical or education field is a strong advantage, but previous medical experience is not mandatory.

Role Overview:
As a Sales / Business Development Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building partnerships with potential medical speakers and experts in Romania. Your goal will be to grow and nurture Medvoice’s speaker network, making it easier for us to create new, high-quality and profitable educational events for doctors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential medical speakers and key opinion leaders.
• Present Medvoice and our collaboration model to potential speakers.
• Negotiate and close agreements with speakers.
• Build long-term relationships with existing speakers and ensure a positive experience.
• Continuously expand our speaker base through networking, recommendations, and research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align new speaker topics with platform needs.
