Candidatul Ideal
University degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety or similar)
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field;
Certificates: Safety inspector, Fire Safety (PSI), Security certificate is an advantage
Good knowledge of EHS legislation and standards
Experience with integrated management systems (ISO standards) is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and training delivery skills
Proactive approach and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Good level of English

Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations, sustainability requirements, and internal standards
Monitor regulatory changes and assess compliance requirements
Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management systems
Prepare, monitor, and analyze EHS and sustainability performance indicators
Organize and deliver training programs related to EHS, energy management, and risk management
Investigate incidents and support corrective and preventive actions
Develop and implement procedures to improve safety, environmental, and sustainability performance
Provide technical expertise and guidance to management and operational teams
Develop and implement Security procedures and measures
Ensure proper access control within the company premises
Monitor and support CCTV and security systems
Collaborate with external security providers and evaluate their performance
Participate in risk assessments related to security threats (e.g. theft, vandalism, unauthorized access)
