About the Role
As a SaaS Sales Executive, you will help generate new business opportunities, speak with potential customers, understand their challenges, present the solution, and support the sales process through to closing.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, commercially aware, and comfortable building relationships with business buyers.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and contact potential B2B customers through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other outbound channels.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Research prospects and understand their business needs.
- Run discovery calls to understand customer challenges, goals, budget, and timeline.
- Present the software solution clearly through calls, demos, and follow-ups.
- Explain the business value of the product in a simple and practical way.
- Manage the sales process from first contact to closing, with support from the team when needed.
- Follow up with prospects and keep opportunities moving forward.
- Handle common objections and support negotiations.
- Keep CRM records updated with activities, next steps, and pipeline progress.
- Work with the team to improve outreach, messaging, demos, and customer feedback.
- Use AI tools to research prospects, personalize messages, prepare for calls, write sales copy, summarize notes, and improve productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in SaaS sales, software sales, technology sales, B2B sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience speaking with business customers and understanding their needs.
- Ability to manage sales conversations from first contact to next steps, proposal, or close.
- Comfortable with outbound sales, prospecting, follow-ups, and pipeline building.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer problems and explain how a software solution can help.
- Confidence speaking with different types of stakeholders, such as managers, founders, marketing teams, operations teams, or decision-makers.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable using CRM or sales tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Willingness to learn, improve, and work in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
AI Experience
We use modern AI tools in our work, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable using them or willing to use them actively in their sales process.
You may use AI tools to:
- Research companies and prospects.
- Personalize sales messages.
- Draft and improve emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Prepare for discovery calls and demos.
- Summarize notes and follow-ups.
- Analyze sales activity and improve performance.
- Build simple workflows that save time and improve results.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS or software products.
- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers.
- Experience working in a startup or growing company.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lemlist, Clay, or similar.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, email marketing, automation, or funnel metrics.
- Experience selling to marketing teams, operations teams, agencies, communities, or event-related businesses.
