Candidatul Ideal
- for an engineer with experience in Road design. Years of experience are important but not an eliminatory criterion.
Must-have
- A good knowledge of Road design combined with strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and a constant willingness to learn.
- Good command of English language.
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
We appreciate
- BIM knowledge, CAD software knowledge, preferably Autodesk Civil 3D or any other Autodesk product.
- Ability to communicate in any other foreign language.
- Availability to travel abroad on projects purposes.
- Any programming skills.

- You will be involved in iconic Infrastructure projects across Europe, working with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, analysts, programmers, and artists using the latest technologies for delivering an outstanding outcome.

Our expectations after induction period (max. 90 days)
- Full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision. Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives.
- Involvement in all design process from concept to “as-built”
- Mastering Autodesk Civil 3D and strong knowledge of BIM environment and workflows used in Splendid Development.
- Proactive approach to research and development in all related areas.
Maintain liaison with teams and individuals within the organization and outside of the organization.
