Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
Typically 4-6 years experience
Experience with SFDC is mandatory
Must be willing to support a global business, with working hours being outside of time-zone

The WW Aruba Pricing Governance team is responsible for driving global pricing governance, pricing processes, data analytics and governance, service renewals with operational alignment across all regions. Core ownership of discount governance, margin management, cost management, and analytics is managed centrally, with a strong dependency on operational support to ensure scalable execution.

This role will provide critical execution support across WW Pricing operations on deal reviews and approvals of large/complex structures, process execution, SAAS//NAAS pricing review and approvals, regional Pricebook validations, H3C tracking, Pros Lever validation, cost validations and operational tracking, coordination across stakeholders, and ensuring that governance and analytics frameworks can be effectively executed at scale.

The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with Pricing Operations, Finance, PLM, and regional Sales teams to support day-to-day operational activities, ensure process adherence, and maintain consistency across global pricing workflows.

The role is global in nature, supporting EMEA, APJ, and AMS regions, requiring strong coordination across time zones and stakeholders.

This position will support a variety of tasks, not just deal approval. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable with changing priorities as well as assisting process and system improvements and supporting policy implementation and adherence. This role has a WW coverage and may require flexible work hours.

Beyond pricing execution, the position will have a reinforcement and support in pricing governance, audit compliance, contract enablement, system transformation, and executive visibility for a high value, recurring revenue stream.
