Desirable Requirements
• Lead Auditor qualification or internal auditing experience.
• Experience with ISO 22301, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO 17001, ISO 18841, ISO 21998, ISO 20228, ISO18587
• Knowledge of information governance, data protection and information security principles.
• Experience managing compliance, governance or quality management systems.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.

Job Description
Compliance, Assurance & ISO Management Systems
• Take ownership of the organisation's Integrated Management System (IMS) and associated ISO certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Manage the internal audit programme and ensure audits are completed in accordance with the audit schedule.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring audit findings, non-conformances and corrective actions are appropriately managed.
• Maintain management system documentation, registers and records.
• Coordinate management reviews and prepare compliance reporting for senior management.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continual improvement initiatives across the management system.
Data Protection & Information Governance
• Support the organisation's information governance and data protection framework.
• Review and oversee DPIAs and other compliance assessments.
• Support the investigation of data protection and information security incidents.
• Support the handling of Data Subject Requests and compliance with GDPR and other applicable legislation.
Supplier Assurance & Client Support
• Manage supplier due diligence and supplier assurance activities.
• Complete and review client questionnaires, assurance requests and audit responses.
• Support client audits and work with stakeholders to ensure compliance and contractual requirements are met.
Team Management
• Manage, support and develop the Risk & Compliance Administrators / Coordinators.
• Allocate workloads, monitor performance and provide coaching and support.
• Promote a culture of compliance, accountability and continuous improvement.
General Responsibilities
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and industry best practice.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and ways of working.
• Undertake other duties appropriate to the role.
