•Previous experience in KYC/Fraud verification is an advantage;
•Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
•Curiosity and investigative skills;
•Availability to work in shifts: weekends, holidays, evenings;
•English language level: B2 (mandatory);
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office, intermediate level.

•Perform fraud verification activities following documents received from all Maxbet customers during the registration process and making decisions on documents requested from fraud processes in accordance with existing regulatory policies.
•Review documentation and KYC checks of existing clients, ensuring all records and documents are correct;
•Make payments within the timeframes specified in the service level agreements and in accordance with the company's risk and fraud policy;
•Reviewing player transactions and activity to minimize financial risk;
•Perform daily risk checks and prepare reports on new customer accounts and payment transactions;
•Manage accounts and risk events in accordance with company procedures;
•Ensure that the user database accurately reflects all personal documents received from customers.
•Recommend new risk and fraud state.
