Candidatul ideal

  • Written and spoken FLUENTLY in MINIMUM 2 FOREIGN LANGUAGES between ITALIAN, FRENCH and ENGLISH. It's a must!
  • Written and spoken fluently in Italian, French and English will represent an advantage!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in minimum 2 foreign languages
  • Dealing with both the business-to-business (B2B - marinas) and business-to-consumer (B2C - skippers and boat owners) activities.
  • The Reservations Sales Manager should have about five years of working expertise as well. Apart from these, he/she needs to be a smart talker and should have the ability to impress and attract premium clients (skippers, boat owners and marinas).
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular marinas ‘directors and clients.
  • He/she knows how to minimize failures, overcome the inevitable role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload typical of international assignments. He/she has learned to manage the inevitable stress and cultural fatigue due to cross-cultural differences.
  • He/she must remain updated about the latest technological developments in the field of marinas in terms of marketing services.
  • Directs and oversees international sales policies and objectives

  • Selling tourism services (parking place rentals for yachts) using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Encouraging marinas to use our Extranet to manage their requests and reservations
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  • Berth rental (parking places for boats) in marinas from Europe
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and marina relationships
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop a strong lead acquisition and nurturing process
  • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through phone calls
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Real diplomatic abilities and competences in dealing with marinas and high-end clients.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Able to prioritize workload for self and direct reports in order to maximize profit.
  • Able to take the lead in high-value commercial negotiations and/or guide team where necessary.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our clients base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Excellent communication skills, someone with a strong prospecting mindset and a can-do will-do attitude. Strong phone-based presentation skills and enjoy working in a team is necessary.
  • Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
