A Research & Development (R&D) Engineer is at the forefront of innovation, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing products, processes, or technologies. Their work bridges the gap between creative ideation and practical implementation, ensuring businesses stay competitive and relevant in rapidly evolving industries. The role requires a balance of creativity and technical expertise, as well as a drive for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

- Developing products with industrial applications
- Documenting and promoting new products with a professional approach
- Creating recipes for products tested at both laboratory and industrial levels
- Conducting technological tests for the development of new products
- Calculating costs for products developed at the laboratory level
- Industrial translation of products resulting from research
- Maintaining contact with representatives from local branches
- Conducting laboratory analyses: organoleptic, physico-chemical, softness analyses
- Participating in product tastings within the Research and Development laboratory
- Proposing new product varieties and ways to improve quality

- Higher technical education in the field
- Knowledge of baking technology and current legislation
- Competence, logical thinking, accuracy, energy, concentration, and analytical skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize own activities
- Promptness in completing tasks
- Computer skills and knowledge of at least one foreign language (English advanced level)
