Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, farmers, and other partners in
the region.
Expand Yara’s market presence by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Promote Yara’s crop nutrition solutions and fertilizer products, providing expert guidance to
customers.
Address and follow up on customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and
professional manner.
Participate in team meetings, budget planning, and sales forecasting activities.
Plan, execute, and assess field trials and on‑farm demonstrations to showcase product
performance.
Present advantages of Yara products, contributing to the implementation of Yara strategy
in regional area.
Technical support and product stewardship
Represent Yara at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to strengthen brand
visibility.
Support marketing campaigns and promote Yara’s digital tools, advisory services, and
agronomic solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business

We are seeking an external representative to support business growth and strengthen Yara’s presence in North-West Romania. The role is based near Timisoara or Arad and focuses on developing and nurturing strong commercial relationships with distributors and farmers while actively expanding Yara’s market footprint.
The responsibilities include combining agronomic expertise with strong commercial skills to promote Yara’s crop nutrition portfolio, drive sales activities, and provide high-quality support to partners across the region. The ideal collaborator is proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of operating both independently and as part of a wider regional network.
