- Industry Expertise: At least 2–3 years of experience specifically in furniture sales or interior solutions (this is mandatory).
- The "Closer" Mindset: A demonstrated ability to move past "maybe" and secure firm orders.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read floor plans or technical specs is a significant advantage.
- Autonomy: You are a self-starter who can manage your own schedule and territory efficiently without being micro-managed.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills—you should be as comfortable on a construction site as you are in a boardroom.
- Requirements: Full professional proficiency in [Insert Language, e.g., Romanian/English] and a Valid Category B Driving License.

- Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients, including furniture retailers, interior designers, architects, and hospitality developers (hotels/HoReCa).
- Field Presence: Spend the majority of your time visiting clients and project sites to present our portfolio and negotiate contracts.
- Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact from the initial pitch to the final order confirmation, ensuring technical requirements meet client expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify new pockets of opportunity.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the logistics and pricing departments to ensure accurate quotes and timely deliveries.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean CRM/sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts on your sales targets.
