Candidatul Ideal
3+ years of relevant experience in reporting, business analysis, controlling, audit, compliance, sustainability/ESG or another data-intensive corporate role.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.
Ability to understand reporting requirements or standards and translate them into practical data requirements and disclosures.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and challenge data when needed.
Very good Excel skills and confidence working with structured datasets.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deliverables and deadlines.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to follow up effectively with contributors across the organization.
Fluent English, written and spoken, for regular collaboration with international subsidiaries and English-language reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, social sciences or another relevant field.
Nice to have
Exposure to sustainability or ESG reporting and frameworks such as CSRD / ESRS or GRI.
Experience with corporate, financial and/or non-financial reporting.
Basic experience with ratings, assessments or questionnaires.Experience working in an international or multi-company environment

We are looking for an ESG Reporting Specialist to coordinate sustainability reporting across TeraPlast Group, with a primary focus on the Social and Governance areas and close collaboration with the Environmental reporting responsible (including GHG reporting).
The role combines reporting, data analysis and stakeholder coordination across our subsidiaries and countries. You will collect, validate and analyze information from multiple sources, translate reporting requirements into clear data requests and disclosures, and contribute to improving ESG performance and reporting processes across the Group.
Previous ESG experience is an advantage, but strong reporting and analytical experience from other areas is equally relevant.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the collection, validation and consolidation of Social and Governance data across TeraPlast Group.
Understand relevant reporting requirements and translate them into clear data requests, indicators and supporting documentation.
Work with key data owners across functions and subsidiaries to ensure information is accurate, complete and delivered on time.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identify inconsistencies, trends and gaps, and place results into the appropriate business context.
Contribute to the Group’s sustainability reports and disclosures, ensuring consistency and data quality.
Maintain structured datasets, documentation and audit trails and contribute to improving reporting processes and internal controls.
Monitor relevant ESG indicators and propose practical initiatives to improve Social and Governance performance.
Contribute to ESG ratings, assessments and questionnaires, including the collection and validation of supporting evidence.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, Production, Finance and other relevant functions across the Group.
