Have you delivered end-to-end recruitment processes for roles such as Customer Service, Order Management, AR/AP, Procurement, or Back Office positions – including experience on the Romanian market? ReX (Recruitment Exchange) is a crowdstaffing platform that connects independent recruiters into a network of specialists delivering recruitment projects for companies in Poland and across Europe. We support organizations in sourcing top talent for Shared Service Centers and BPO structures. We are currently inviting freelance recruiters and headhunters who specialize in SSC/BPO recruitment to join our community.
Who we are looking for We are looking for recruiters who:

• have at least 2 years of experience in SSC/BPO recruitment
• have delivered recruitment processes for roles such as Customer Service, Back Office, Order Management, Finance, or Procurement
• have proven experience recruiting in the Romanian market (MUST HAVE)
• have Romanian language proficiency at minimum C1 level (MUST HAVE)
• understand the Shared Services / BPO sector and its specific dynamics
• are able to source and engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships
• are independent, well-organized, and delivery-focused
• have communicative English (additional languages are a strong advantage)

Scope of cooperation

• active sourcing of candidates for SSC/BPO roles (Customer Service, Back Office, Finance, Operations)
• screening and pre-qualification of candidates (skills, experience, language level)
• recommending top candidates to projects managed by Key Account Managers
• supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
