Main purpose of the job:
Provide a warm, friendly and personal inbound customer service.
Work Channels: Inbound customer support service - processing tickets/chats.
*Please note that this is a project based contract, for 6 months, with possibility of being extended.
What we need from you:
Advanced level of French language (both spoken and written)
Intermediate level of English language
Great communication, strong listening & problem-solving abilities
Positive & team player attitude, customer centricity & accuracy
Flexibility, energy and dedication.
What we offer:
Base salary - 4000 - 4200 RON NET, depending of your level of French language

Working hours: Monday-Friday - 8 hr shift during interval 11:00 AM - 9 PM (2 shifts - 11 AM to 7:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM);
Sat - Sun - 8 hr shift during interval 11:00 AM -7:00 PM (estimation maximum 2 weekends per month)
Work Channels: only written communication - chats
