We are looking for a Market Reliability Lead who will support multiple sites within the market to achieve high levels of equipment reliability, safe operations, and cost-efficient maintenance performance. The role provides technical leadership, ensures proper implementation of the Bunge Reliability Program, and builds a strong asset care culture across the plants.
The job will be located in either Martfu Plant/Budapest or Lehliu Plant/Bucharest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full implementation of the Bunge Reliability Program across all sites in the market
- Manage and lead cross-functional and international teams
- Conduct regular plant visits and work closely with Maintenance and Reliability teams
- Lead capability building and training based on the Reliability Training Matrix
- Review PM strategy, coverage, and frequency; ensure alignment with PM Standards
- Analyze Reliability KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Participate in failure analysis, lead or support RCA reviews, and follow up on actions
- Promote effective use of planned downtime and major shutdown planning
- Monitor maintenance cost trends and recommend improvements or CAPEX projects
- Support succession planning and team development in the maintenance function
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Safety, Procurement, CI, Projects, Finance, HR, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and best practices in reliability
