- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in retail (5+ years)
- Minimum 3 years of leadership / team management experience
- Advanced English skills
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Driving license (Category B)
- Availability for frequent business travel

YOUR IMPACT
- Coordinate and develop the performance of store managers and their teams (approx. 12 locations)
- Implement the company’s operational strategy and ensure compliance with operational standards across all assigned stores
- Monitor store performance and ensure achievement of sales targets by tracking key performance indicators (KPI: conversion rate, UPT, ATV, productivity)
- Analyze commercial results and identify opportunities to increase turnover and profitability at both store and regional level
- Manage and monitor store operational budgets and optimize costs
- Coordinate the implementation of operational projects, commercial and promotional campaigns, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Visual Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, and Logistics) to ensure effective implementation of company strategies
- Contribute to the development of the store network by participating in new store openings and store remodeling projects
