The Role – Regional Sales Manager

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in multi-store retail management or a similar operational leadership role
- A structured, hands-on approach with strong follow-through
- Ability to balance performance expectations with people development
- Clear communication skills and confidence in decision-making
- Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to travel and work with a variable scheduleIntermediate English level and a valid Category B driving license

What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales performance and key operational indicators across the assigned region
- Ensure consistent implementation of sales plans, promotions, and company standards
- Visits and checks the assigned stores (store-checks) establishing on objective criteria the individual targets (Sales, POS number, etc.) of the subordinate and controlling the fulfillment of their individual targets tracking deliveries organizing, supervising and controlling the collection of the equivalent value of invoices issued on the established deadlines for the clients in the portfolio monthly/quarterly evaluation of the sales representatives
- Support and coach managing teams, daily operations, and results
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales teams
- Monitor performance closely, identify challenges early, and support corrective actions
- Spend regular time in stores, working alongside teams and understanding day-to-day realities
- Ensure strong merchandising, stock management, and inventory accuracy
- Participate in inventories and conduct periodic control visits
- Share clear feedback and practical improvement proposals with management
