- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field,
- Willing to daily travel within dedicated area,
- Proven minimum 2 years’ experience as a senior in retail field management position,
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

- Excellent organizational skills,
- Efficient communication proficiency,
- Time & people management.
Job responsibilities:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives,
- Support Area Sales Director with day-to-day field operation,
- Evaluate region and store performances,
- Report on regional sales results,
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits,
- Identify hiring needs, select and train Area Sales Directors,
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility,
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth,
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
