Recruitment Partner for Store Managers (Entrepreneurs)

• Ability to create professional presentations and reports.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage.

Your Role:

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for Store Manager roles.
• Identify, engage, and assess candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and talent requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential candidates.
• Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Monitor store opening timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
