Main Duties & Responsibilities
Accountable for the performance of the team against established KPI's
Engage and coach team members, ensuring optimal performance and job satisfaction which includes delivering training, coaching or one-on-one sessions
Organize and delegate workloads, while monitoring task execution for accuracy and efficiency
Create and update reports to update the company on team and department progress and performance
Establish and manage effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Facilitate clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization
Act as a point of contact for the team, addressing queries and providing necessary authorizations
Plan resources for the team/department to meet KPI metrics
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes within the team
