About the role:
As Recruitment Manager, you lead the recruitment function in Bucharest, Romania. You take full ownership of recruitment delivery, team performance, and hiring outcomes.
You work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and the management team. You translate business needs into clear hiring plans. You design and implement a scalable recruitment strategy aligned with company objectives. You define processes, identify gaps, and ensure consistent execution across all roles. You set clear KPIs for the team and track performance through regular reporting.
You stay up to date with iGaming market trends to ensure competitive hiring strategies and talent positioning.
What will you do:
• You define, implement, and continuously improve the recruitment strategy, processes, and KPIs.
• You coordinate the full end to end recruitment lifecycle
• You ensure recruitment delivery within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget targets.
• You partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and selection criteria.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
• You manage sourcing channels, agencies, and other external providers when needed.
• You analyze recruitment data, KPIs, and funnel metrics. You identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• You prepare structured and accurate recruitment reports for senior management on a regular basis.
• You perform monthly performance evaluations for recruitment team members and track individual KPIs.
• You lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team based on performance results and business needs.
• You ensure consistent recruitment standards, compliant processes, and high quality hiring decisions.
• You work closely with HR to deliver a clear, transparent, and positive candidate experience across all stages.
