•Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand hiring needs,
•Negotiating job offers and advising on market trends and salary expectations,
•Coordinating between clients and recruitment teams to ensure job requirements are met,
•Handling administrative tasks such as candidate tracking, report writing, and invoice management.
