Recruiter iGaming

We are looking for an experienced iGaming Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition in the dynamic and fast-growing iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with direct exposure to the iGaming sector. A deep understanding of the industry's talent landscape, including gaming operations, live casino.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of iGaming operations, including live casino roles.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for mid-to-senior level roles in the iGaming space.
• Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and industry databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates with expertise in iGaming operations, including live casino, game development, and compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure seamless recruitment processes.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry connections, to attract top-tier candidates.
• Build strong relationships within the iGaming community to stay updated on industry trends and talent movements.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide expert guidance on hiring decisions.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the iGaming sector.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
