We are looking for an experienced Recruiter - Hunter who knows how to do real hunting.

Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
Location: Bucharest – Piata Unirii (2 minutes from metro)

- Active candidate sourcing and hunting (LinkedIn, databases, direct outreach, networking)
- Proactive approach to recruitment
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles
- Continuous follow-up with candidates and stakeholder
- Delivering measurable recruitment results

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a recruiter, ideally in an in-house or agency environment
- Strong hunter mindset and proactive attitude
- Comfortable with outreach, sourcing, and follow-ups
- Results-oriented, focused on delivery
- Willing to step outside the comfort zone and take ownership of targets
- Motivated by performance and bonus-based compensation
